This cleanser and mask from MISSHA is one I really recommend to use as a mask instead of a cleanser. The texture isn't tight as a face cleanser. As a mask, however, this zapped my pores away and yanked the oil right out of them! I love how this makes my face look afterwards and I have a much easier time getting my skincare to sink in after using this as a clay mask. :)If you're willing to get this to use as a face mask only, this is amazing. But if you're looking for a face cleanser, skip this one.

This foam cleanser comes out like a clay mask consistency and when rubbed together it lathers up a little bit, not overly foamy. I do feel like it cleans my face decently but I’ve used better cleansers that clean my face more effectively I think. It doesn’t have an overly harsh scent which I also appreciate. It also doesn’t feel like it strips my face of all its oils which is a big plus for me when looking for a face cleanser.

This cleanser foamed up really nicely when I used it as a face wash. I have yet to use it as a clay mask, but the consistency is nice and thick when applied then it turns into a foam when you add water, which makes it easy to wash off. Very gentle on my sensitive skin and does a great job cleaning out all the gunk in my pores and leaves my skin feeling very smooth.

I love this brand. And I think the idea of a 2 in 1 is good! I like this more as a mask. It works as a cleanser but I usually prefer oil cleansers or foaming if I'm double cleansing. This cleanser lathered up a bit and did make my skin feel clean but I'm not sure how good it would be against layers of waterproof sunscreen and makeup!
