Waste of money
This item does not work. Tried it for 2 weeks, but did not make a difference in a 10x12 bedroom. It never worked to cool it down. It was a big disappointment and wish I could’ve taken it back to get a refund.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Parents use in large master bedroom. Easy to use for elderly couple.

Unfortunately, Does Not Work
Our central air conditioner went out last week as its 108 degrees outside. In the interim of waiting for the replacement, my husband and I thought we would get this. First, we did not receive the ice pack in the package. Either way, I went to buy a larger ice pack. I then filled the water tank with water, ice, and the ice pack. Secondly, the temp on the product description says it pushes out cold air as low as 49 degrees. Unfortunately, the air did not get cold at all. It felt like any other lightweight fan. Very disappointed… and do not recommend for anyone who actually needs COLD air. Already returned product.

This is a FAN, not an AC unit
This is simply a nice-looking fancy fan. That's it. The unit does NOT blow any cold air, whatsoever. Waste of money!!! Save your money and get anything else as this is not it. I give it 0 stars.

It Does What Its Supposed to Do!
I got this for my niece, who just moved into a very hot apartment in NYC, with no window (so couldn't get a window air conditioner). I was so relieved to hear that she is now in a temperature-controlled room and is able to sleep at night! In her words, "It works amazingly! Have no fear - I slept so well last night!" And, thank you, Amazon, for such a quick delivery.

Doesn't cool air, complete waste unless you want an overpriced fan
This product is an over-glorified humidifier, with the label of an air conditioner. Following instructions and using the provided cooling packs, provided negligible cooling ability. All of the positive reviews reviewing this giving it good reviews, got a fan for free... not something that is cooling anything.
