Help soothing dry eye symptoms

Currently pregnant and had a stye for over 2 months and couldn’t take any antibiotics due to pregnancy. Used this product just for 1 hour and as shown in the photos were the results! The swelling went down right away and the product was easy to use as it is plugged in and you can set the timer and heat to your preference. The product comes with a soft fabric cover that is useful as well to wash. The shape of the product fits my eyes perfectly and I am very satisfied with its functionality. Highly recommend this product.

2 week update. Loving it so far, perfect size that it focuses the heat to the eyes and not forehead. I haven’t seen the help with dry eyes yet but its relaxing.

I’ve tried several eye masks including microwaveable and electric-heated ones and unfortunately, this one like most of the others, didn’t work for me. Even on the highest setting the heat was barely noticeable, it felt more lukewarm than truly warm. Build quality also felt quite cheap: the cable doesn't seem very sturdy and you can clearly feel the heating unit pressing on the top of your eye. It made me worry about potential safety issues and I felt anxious using it near my eyes. Here’s how it compares to other masks I’ve tested: - The "Bruder" microwaveable mask gets very hot initially (too hot for my comfort) and loses heat far too quickly to be effective. - All other electric masks I tried felt poorly made and didn’t deliver enough heat. All except the "Wizard Research" mask which has been the best so far. It feels slightly better built and delivers consistent, higher heat. That said, it’s significantly more expensive and I’m not convinced it’s worth its full price.

I enjoy using this before bed. It is really comfortable, I wish it was slightly bigger but does the job. It works well and has a timer to go with it and different settings so you can control it. Good value and price.

Great when it works. Wiring is subpar, as I've found in all Chinese electronic products. The wires are loose, or have no continuity, or pull out of switching devices. This started on day one and has only gotten worse. I like that it only covers a small area as masks that extend onto your upper and lower lids only serve to damage the skin. Why do I reorder it? There is really no American made product in a decent price range. And are they really American made, or just packaged in America, allowing the company to stick a made in America sticker on it? China-please tighten your regulations. You are known for cheap quality products. You can improve. Please do so.

I love this eye mask! I want to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, no matter what I set the timer for- it turns itself off after 3-5 minutes. When I turn it back on the second time, it stays on for the desired time…which is so weird! At first I thought it was a fluke and/or user error…but it keeps happening. Unfortunately, we went on vacation and return window was closed by the time we got back. However, it feels soo good on your eyes, and much better than a warm compress!!!

It has quickly become a nightly routine for me to use my heated eye mask when I go to bed at night. I use for 30 min with a liner that I've moistened with a little water. It is very soothing for dry eyes and blepharitis. I love this mask
