I use these as ice packs by placing in the freezer and applying to inflamed area needing cooling quality product well made and can be easily cleaned

Freezing is too severe. In my experience using the packs from the fridge was very effective.

Really good. Used when frozen. Can be moulded round knee for example.

I have only used it cold so far but it’s exactly what i have been looking for. Comfortably and easy to use it was a miracle worker when i twisted my ankle. Came fast, good packaging would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Got this product because wanted a heat/ice pack that would fit better for my wrist. The 3 section design makes it flexible and ideal to wrap around a body part. Great value for the quality, and I’m happy with the product. The box that it came in was very sturdy. Also was happy to be supporting a small business.Temperature (heat): I usually microwave on normal settings for the recommended 25 seconds, and it gets pretty hot so be careful when taking it out initially. The heat only lasts about 5-8 minutes before it becomes faint, but it’s definitely good enough for me because shouldn’t heating for a long period of time anyways.Temperature (cold): It does well in the freezer. Still remains flexible when frozen.Durability: The material quality feels much better than other cheaper ice packs I have used. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks, so not sure about how durable it will be in the long-run, but I do believe it I’ll last a long time.Appearance: intructional text is easy to read on the pack. Design looks cool and modern.

These are soft and pliable even after freezing. They cover a fairly large patch of skin. They are easy to free and pop on your skin and then freeze to use again. They are a great value because you get two.

Received product very fast. It is exactly as the description says. Being used for hip replacement and I am very happy with them.

I love the flexibility of the ice packs. They freeze well and stay cold for a long time. Only complaint was that one of the cells in one of the ice packs did not have gel in it. It was flat. I had surgery right after receiving them in the mail so I didn’t have time to exchange them. Still worked well enough though for what I needed.
