Flimsy and not fit for purpose
Supposed to activate pressure points, how? Stated size about 2 sizes too small. Didn't fit the whole shoe. Pressure point activation impossible because insole too small. Flimsy, poorly made. They went straight into the bin!

Comfort and pain relief
Not as comfortable and effective as described. Probably OK in trainers ,which one can loosen. In every other shoes ,they restrict the foot and the shoes feel tight and too small. Price is OK,so is the possibility of cutting them to size. Overall not an altogether convincing product
