This works amazing well. I’m sad to see how well it works, actually. The well fills up every week, I have serious moisture issues in an outbuilding!I may buy a larger unit, if so, I’ll trust this brand.

I purchased this in mid-October and started using it around October 20. At first, it seemed to work fairly well, doing the job I bought it for. However, in the past few days, it's become increasingly unreliable, and now it's essentially unusable.Initially, the device ran without issue, performing its task with moderate efficiency. But recently, it has gotten stuck in a "full" state, which prevents it from running at all. When I power it on, it briefly starts up before turning off again. There seems to be no way to reset it, and even after clearing the air vent and cleaning out all possible blockages, it remains stuck in this state.I really hoped that I would get at least a year of reliable use out of this product, but the fact that it’s already malfunctioning so early into its lifespan is very disappointing. I’ve tried everything from cleaning the device to leaving it unplugged, but nothing seems to help.While I’ve had some success with it in the past, I’m now left feeling frustrated and uncertain about whether this was just a bad unit or if this is a common issue. Given the relatively short amount of time I've owned it, I’m hoping that the company will offer support or a replacement under warranty.Overall, while it had potential and worked fine initially, my experience has been less than ideal due to the sudden failure. I can’t recommend this product based on my current experience.

This little machine helps my home feel less humid. Especially in the hot Texas summer! I’ve had this product for almost a year and works just as it did when I bought it.

This product works well. Easy to set up and use for our basement. I only wish the water retention was a bit more - I should have bought a lager one. It’s very quiet when it runs.

I used this as I suspected my old apartment was susceptible to mold. It's very satisfying to see all the water collected over time. I also enjoyed the white noise it left in an empty apartment. Without it, the air is thick with confusing smells, with it- your atmosphere is crisp. Keep the box as you may not need it forever, and give it to the next person.

I purchased this dehumidifier because it was small and looked sleek. The listing shows it being useful for a 1000 sq ft. space. My apartment is barely 600 sq ft.I've had it for 2 months now and it's been running non-stop since day 1. It has a automatic cut-off for when the ambient humidity in the space drops below 45%. But don't worry I've yet to see it get below 55% even though it's been on and running for 60 days now. (It typically shows between 60-64%) It does appear to be working, fills up the approx 700 ml tank once a week. It is pretty low volume which I certainly appreciate, but it clearly isn't winning the race against the humidity in my apartment. I do live in Seattle, and it's the wet time of the year, but that's why I bought a dehumidifier...I would recommend spending a little more money for a better performing product.

I got this because we have a downstairs that smells musty and is damp.This little guy works really well, but it said that it would work for 1200 ft.². I don’t think that that is probably the case. I put it in my downstairs kitchen, which is not very large and it’s working great for that but not for the adjacent to bedrooms that are just off the kitchen. Looks like I will have to get another smaller one for each bedroom .The other thing ,I wish I got one that has a hose that we could put into the sink when we were on vacation. This has kind of a small box to collect the water. Next time I would have bought one with a larger container for water and/or a hose.

Cute little dehumidifier and love the lights. Didn’t get much moisture out of the air.
