Ordered one - wouldn’t take a charge and therefore will not turn on. Exchanged for another. Same thing. Return window has closed and I’m stuck with a piece of useless plastic for the landfill. Do not buy.

So Far so good. I’m only on day 3 and I’m seeing a little improvement on my neck. It has definitely removed some of lines in my forehead. The high heat don’t burn but leaves a little redness but goes away.

I have been using this for a short time and can already tell a difference. I have lost a lot of weight so I have a lot of loose skin. This works great for my turkey neck and chin!
