We have a bunch (about 7?) different telescoping camping lanterns that we like for different reasons.This one is great because it has a lot of unique whistles and bells that we use:1. It's the only one that has "fun" colors besides different shades of white and yellow.2. It's only one of two that has a remote and I like that this remote has a holster so it can't be lost as easily.3. It is our only one that can charge a phone, although that is a feature I have tried but wouldn't want to depend on since that would also drain the light.4. It has a carabiner and a place to clip it to upside down.Cons:1. This is a stretch as the light is very bright, but one of our other favorite lights has four directional lights that you can tilt so you get more directed light coverage/brighter lights overall.Other:1. The height of this light is comparable or slightly taller than some of our other lights.Overall:In terms of overall brightness and versatility, I have another light that I prefer over this one, but the fact that this one has a remote might make it the winner for camping.

This camping light gets super bright. It gets way brighter than I expect it. It's also a very versatile camping like with a few cool features. It's cool how the light can swivel in any direction that I needed to go to. This camping like came in very handy during our recent power outage. It comes with a little remote control which I barely even use but it's good to have. It also has some cool rgb lights that goes around the base of the light as well. It's also the perfect size for travel, and it fits easily into my backpack without taking up a lot of room. It.Also has pretty decent battery life as well. One thing, I did notice while using it is that the main light really gets hot to the touch when using it for long periods. To be honest, I really can't say anything bad about this camping light because the build quality is great and it's been working very well since I've had it,and I highly recommend it.

We like to camp in our RV and when I saw this I thought I would like to see if this lantern might be something we could use. I wasn't sure how this lantern might work but after taking it on our last camping trip I am actually impressed. Initially the light seemed a bit too much and looked like something NASA or the military might launch into space. A campground host even saw it and had to ask what it was and what it did. But it actually came in handy.I found that the retractable tri-pod legs allowed me to position the lantern on top of the camping table very nicely. The lantern tri-pod was very stable and also comes with a carabiner for the base. The lantern can be hung upside down inside a tent, awning, or tree. The telescoping and adjustable top light worked very well in getting the lamp high enough to provide very good area lighting. The light also had several different white light brightness settings. The lower light is the colored RGB lamp which can be set to fade or strobe through the different colors for mood or party settings. The lamp also comes with a remote control to provide even more light options as well as to turn the lantern on/off from inside our RV. The lantern can be used in the extended or retracted position and can also be functioned using the power button and RGB button on the side (no color shade options such as when using the remote).The lantern is rechargeable via a USB-A or USB - C plug (can also be used to charge cell phone, etc.). The lantern also has battery status lamps showing remaining charge.Again, at first I was skeptical about this lantern but now that I have used it I plan on making it part of our RV equipment list.

I love flashlights and camping lanterns, so when I saw this telescopic camping lantern I jumped at getting it! The lantern is fantastic and has all the different color temperatures that you could want from warm lighting to cool lighting. It has many different brightness levels, and also acts as a battery backup if you should need it for your phone. You can also use this as a flashlight to go through the woods, a telescopic lantern, use it as lighting for filming, or simply keep it compact and just use it for mood lighting. They include three stakes for securing it in the grass. It is small enough to easily fit in a drink holder or backpack, but not in your pocket. It has a seriously strong build. The head will swivel 180 degrees so you can make it either a lamp or a flashlight. The base has an additional light that lets you toggle through many different colors and brightnesses! At first I was a little skeptical because of the price, but this is not some cheap gimmicky camping light. It really is made very well, the quality is outstanding, and it is well worth the money. To say that I am impressed with it is an understatement! I highly recommend it!

This is such an awesome telescoping lantern. It is very well made, and feels solid, but not too bulky or heavy. You can carry it like a torch (my son said it's like Minecraft, haha), or easily pop out the tripod legs. It telescopes easily, and closes down compactly. It includes a remote, and a clip for the remote that clips it to the lantern. VERY cool feature, so you don't lose the remote! The lantern also comes with batteries for the remote, something small but considerate! I can foresee using this lantern for casual hangs in the backyard, evening picnics at the beach or park, camping, extra light for working under the hood, etc. It's got SO many uses! The functionality is awesome -- you can choose between multiple "cool" and "warm" white lights, and then there is also an RGB button to change to solid color, or a multi-color option.This would make a fantastic gift for pretty much anybody. It would be a great addition to any camping trip, backyard party, etc.
