Love it! Very impressed. No key needed (only as a back-up). Just your fingerprint - I love it. Directions for a second person isn't right. I had to go on line where it showed how to add the second person. Basically, the instructions say you can have 2 primary users, then the rest are secondary. Actually, there is only 1 (one) primary and the rest are secondary. So follow the instructions for the secondary when adding the 2 - ? person and you should be okay.

Solid build, easy to use, and keeps my bike safe from theft and weather. Well-designed. Works perfectly with Apple phone, takes 5 mins to setup, worth it!

Worked great for 2 months then the locking mechanism stoped popping back up. Tried oiling but so far no go. A piece of crap. No response from seller! JUNK DO NOT BUY. Throw your money in the street 1st.

There aren't a whole lot of biometric (fingerprint) heavy-duty cable locks available for some reason, especially that are made well and work well. I came across this one and it had everything I was looking for. Upon receiving it, going over instructions, and spending about 10 mins downloading the app it uses and familiarizing myself with it, I had my fingerprint in and it was working perfectly. Its very quick, surprisingly quick. Many take several seconds to open, or take multiple several-second scans in order to work. This one reads accurately instantly, and opens instantly. The app is easy to use and I'm confident anyone could do it just the same. The only thing thats a bit of an annoyance in my particular case is that bc the cable is such a heavy/thick cable, its a bit hard to try and straighten out the cable because it wants to fold back into the circular pattern it arrives in from the company. For most people this wouldn't be an issue, because they don't need to stretch it out. Bit in my case I needed it to wrap around something fairly large and so the cable was always trying to fold back as I tried to straighten it. Once it's locked it will stay that way, but for my needs it just made it a little more difficult to pull or stretch out the cable. But due to the strength rating it provides and how thick it is, and how well made it really is, its worth the inconvenience to know my property will stay safe and away from prying hands. I still give it a 9/10, and would recommend it if you want a very secure, fast solution that uses a fingerprint to open & close the lock .

I’ll give this product a 3 star because at first this product was good proven no issue or problems at all with it but what was the problem was it was easily cut someone attempted to steal my scooter and was able to easily cut the lock material wasn’t as cut proof as promised.
