My back, hip and sprained wrist from a fall last year kept me awake most nights. Took 3 attempts to roll over. Hubs is a Vietnam Vet so his aches have been there a long time. This works. After 2 weeks we both realized we were sleeping better and not waking up when we rolled over. I looked like the Hunchback of Notre Dame for an hour each morning. I'm up and sitting in my garden within ten minutes now. I don't know why this works. I just know it does. And can't guarantee it works for everyone but we have two different reasons for back pain, and we both found relief.

Since buying this grounding mat, I’ve slept better. No more static from turning in the sheets at night. But bare skin must be touching the pad, so we sleep bare foot now. Only knock is, there should be a quick release strap. Changing the sheets has become more of a chore because I have to take the mat completely off. Otherwise, it is holding up well, fits my king size bed. Kinda pricey but worth it!

I bought it because so many ads, and I wanted to see what the hype is if real. Honestly this thing works, i dont know how, but I wake up rested 85% of the week, being realistic I dont sleep much because work and stuff but this helps! My wife said, which is a plus and I dont know how one thing correlates to the other, but i stopped snoring since the very moment I began using it, i thought i started to suffer from sleep apnea , she said sometimes i stopped breathing , if this truly works by relaxing the body or draining excess energy IDK but is doing something, im feeling better Amen brother!
