This laptop is sitting in my cart for a while. To be honest, I am very hesitant to pull the trigger to buy until I see some review on this product. This low price range laptop is amazing and it seems almost too good to be true. It deserves a detailed review and I will show what I see. Pros 1.Overall quality Overall quality is surprisingly good (for this price range expectation) and amazing. My major concern before I buy is if this is one of those flimsy and cheap type of thing? When I actually use this laptop and I know it is not. The aluminum body has an awesome touch and it is helpful for cooling. The backlit keyboard is cool and useful in a dark room. The screen has great display even is just FHD. What I trying to say is when you have it in your hand, you will know it is a good quality product. 2.Specs It is 16GB RAM+512GB+N100 CPU and it is what I looking for. N100 has better performance and lower heating than N95 and I don’t mind spend a bit extra for that. This combination will qualify for daily or business use, even casual 2d gaming maybe. I have a passmark test in the pics for reference. 3.Price I have to say it is a really good price for this laptop. For this price range, it is OK for me to buy one just for my family backup. It is very handy for living room TV when I am cooking or garage TV when I am on the treadmill. It is a good option for family member trip backup device. Cons This laptop is not for medium or heavy work load. I am not sure if it is upgradeable. I hope there will be around $400 upgradeable product in the future.

I have had this computer for about a week now and it is the slowest computer I have ever used. I bought it as a replacement for a 6-year-old acer that I paid about $250 for on amazon. The only reason for replacing that pc is that it was a windows 10 unit and would not run windows 11, however microsoft continually tried to update it and finally rendered it useless, that machine was great, I could stream all day without issue at all. This new machine has 4x the ram, a faster CPU with quad core and triple the hard drive space, and I cannot even browse the web. It will not even play one of the short meme videos on FB without buffering 10 times. It takes forever to load anything. What a joke, 1 star because Amazon wont let me leave zero.

He loved it from the time he opened it takes it every where

OK, I'm just a 60 year old who needs a new computer for a 501C3 I have decided to work in as president. I need speed, efficiency and good performance. Lots of people lists, gov oversight, etc.. I found this computer to be the fastest computer I've ever bought for about a sixth of the price of most of my other computers over the years. Setup was the quickest and easiest also. I'm floored by the speed that it loads up and starts. Great keyboard layout too! I am pleased enough that I just bought this second one for my wife who also works in this non-profit. She is very impressed also. If you need a computer, I don't believe you can get as much performance for this money. I'm reviewing this because I needed a lot of performance and didn't want to spend much. I scoured prices and specs and took a chance on this company and its computer. This is the most bestest one for the leastest money I could possibly find and I wish someone who could have told me to get it in the first place. We aren't programmers but have used computers enough over the years to know what works and what doesn't, THESE computers work perfectly well. For this money, they can't be equaled!

Battery life is short. Laptop freezes

Bought this for my son because he needed a laptop for school. Even though there were no reviews, I took a chance as it seemed to to have superior specs to the other laptops in this price range. So far it's lived up to expectations: good speed, good storage, good graphics (I've seen him playing games on it also, no surprise!). The included wireless mouse was a nice addition, and he uses it all the time. The one knock against this unit is that if the ambient environment is particularly hot (in a backpack, for a long time, in the sun), the battery depletes quickly, but apparently this is an issue with most rechargeable batteries. It still gets 5 stars because everything else about this computer has been great.

Beware of this product. 2 weeks after I got this laptop, I unfortunately got a virus and had to reset back to factory setting. But I couldn't it would not reset. So I had to take it to a repair shop. He could not find the link to download the driver. I had to contact Amazon to contact the seller and send me the link. They sent me the link, I screenshot it to the repairman. He downloaded the link, and reset. But wait!!! he could not get the sound to work. I have to hook speakers to a USB attachment to hear. He had this laptop for almost a month. It cost me 150 to get it repaired. This is advertised as a gaming laptop, but who would want this laptop if there could be an issue with the sound. Anyway, stay away. I've not heard from the seller at all. I waited before writing my review wondering if they will respond. They have not.
