I am pleasantly surprised at how well this reverse-osmosis like filter dispenser works to make the faucet water taste drinkable. The capacity is larger than a handheld drip pitcher, and filter lasts longer for replacement. The speed of water dispensing is slower than I'd like and slower than a drip pitcher, but with just a press of a finger, water dispenses until it is touched again. I love that it is rechargeable (cord included), which water will dispense while charging, but cord isn't that long, so placing near an outlet on the countertop is a must. The opening on top for adding water is big and the handle helps for me to maneuver it from under the faucet to on top of countertop. Although, I am weary of how long the durability will last before the handle breaks from the repeated weight of water. Functions I wish that was added: the gallons dispensed counter, so I know when it's time to change the filter. Although, there is a QR code to sign-up for monitoring - but not in real time, so it's just a guesstimate as well. Also, wish that the charging indicator will show how long until fully charged- but it's not much of an issue as directions say around 30 mins or so, and the green battery indicator will show solid when fully charged. I've not let it drain down to see if battery indicator actually does anything when charge is almost depleted. For this price, the functionality and taste of the water is worth it. Not sure how I'll feel once I have to keep buying the filters in the future...

Refills my 32 oz water bottle quickly and effortlessly. The sleek design fits perfectly inside my refrigerator door and is easy to refill with water, and since it filters the water as it's pouring it (similar to a refrigerator filter) I don't have to wait to fill up my water bottle. I've had it for almost a month now and only had to charge the battery once. The app helps me track my water consumption as well as the filter life. I was considering a Brita system, but that takes up precious shelf space in the fridge, and the pitcher version (fits in the refrigerator door) requires more frequent refilling. Overall I'm very pleased with this filter system and highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this product! I was looking for something that could handle my family's water consumption, and the size of this pitcher is what sold me. It's bigger compared to other pitchers, which means I'm not constantly refilling it throughout the day. The large capacity is a game-changer. Beyond the size, the filtration itself is good. The water tastes clean. The filter is also easy to replace, which is a big plus. If you're tired of small pitchers that require constant refilling and want a reliable, high-capacity solution for great-tasting water, this one is an absolute winner.

This water container is really good. It keeps the water cold and tastes fresh and can fit good in my fridge. The only issue that I have at times is the water filter gets stuck trying to get it out to replace it. Other than that it's great.

I am super picky about how my water taste but I absolutely love this water filter. I also love the auto filling feature. My only complaint is the button is somewhat touch so makes it hard to charge without spilling water a little bit. No leakage, I have yet had to replace the filter after 3 months and only had to charge once, holds multiple water bottle fills, fits perfect in my fridge door!

I love this water pitcher. So easy, no mess, the battery seems to last a long time. I use it to save my new coffee maker from the hard water I have and to fill my dog's water bowl. Wish I had found this a lot sooner. Doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter and is easy to refill. Water taste so much better.

I love the filtering capacity and I love the quality and the plastic material and I love the design and I love the weight to.

We really thought we were going to like this water filter because it has a button to automatically dispense the water and it holds a lot more water than the other pictures so that's very nice. Unless you accidentally touch the top and start the water running it will empty the entire thing out onto your countertop and floor and is very quiet so you don't know that it's happening. It seems to fill the glass very slow so if you turn away it will also run over if you're not paying attention . I say this because I have done it many many times and had to clean up a lot of water. The filter works amazingly and my water tastes great. The dispenser part is recharged with a USB cable and is very easy to work and stays charged for a long long time. I would not suggest the automatic dispenser though that's my only complaint , and most of the time it's my fault but it's still a problem and makes a mess

my water drop has a mind of its own...2-3 times a day when you are filling a to go bottle or whatever ....it won't turn off...you can tap the off droplet and the water won't stop pouring out...so I have a mess of water on my floor multiple times a day....EDITED....Harper, from Waterdrop customer service read my review....Harper went out of her way to fix my waterdrop unit and I couldn't be happier...I'm so impressed with their customer service, and more specifically Harper, I will recommend this company and unit to all...they are beautiful units and I really love mine...

Only thing it doesn't keep water coal it gets warm fast but besides that I can just put ice in there or put it in the fridge
