I was able to read the system (haven’t had a code to clear yet) and it will run live data. It will also force a regen. Highly recommend if you have a Cascadia. This thing could get you out of trouble on the road. 👍🏻 *****update***** I had an ABS sensor issue and yes, this thing will in fact read and erase codes! Well worth the money. Considering I had another code reader before that was 700 bucks and it did the exact same thing this one does. If you’re in need of a code reader for a 2017-2018 Cascadia I would go with this one for 230 bucks.

Works well at reading and clearing codes on DD15 engine. Shows live data and activates forced regeneration.

This scanner doesn’t read all codes on a freightliner cascadia 2020 my truck has one code with check engine lights ON but scanner says no fault code But it clears the code when you push erase it Kind a weird thing not good for for the price

Easy to use. Have not used it to it's full potential, but it does clear active codes that will shut off the check engine light. It's not an answer to a mechanic fix, but it'll help you get down the road and to a mechanic if the light returns.

I have the warning check engine light on, hook up the scan tool to read code and it said it passed the test and no code appears on the screen so this is not a complete scanner, so for small repairs maybe is good but not as a professional tool like others scanner do. I have a 2019 freightliner cascadia and is limited to be used in this truck.

Perfect for my daily inspection for my truck.
