Great natural alternative to food coloring. I used this in a sourdough loaf for a birthday and it turned out great! The taste was not affected.

Used this to make homemade cotton candy flavored marshmallows purple. It just took one tiny scoop (that came with the bag) for a 9x13 pan and the color was so light and pretty. Did not add any taste to the marshmallows whatsoever.

Bought this a couple days ago this is my second time making a smoothie with it and a Chia seed pudding with it. This is just powder with color. It does not have flavor. It doesn’t taste like Uber and believe me I’ve tried different products. Do not recommend.

This is the only way to go to make Ube ice cream, cookie or pies at home. The size of the package is just right for the amount I need, the texture is very fine so no weird lumps or grit and the aroma is perfect! It’s good value for the money and since the only ingredient is freeze dried ube sweet potato, there’s no added sugar, which I appreciate.
