Well made but definitlely not waterproof

I use the key fob holder for protecting a pair of 18650 batteries. The mid size ones for battery banks, and the largest one for a folding solar panel.

I've been keeping more and more of my important electronics in faraday bags the last 6 months. I've learned to do a simple cell phone test with each one when I get them. Seal your phone up, call it twice and send it two texts. if nothing goes through, you're in the clear, the missed calls and messages should appear on your screen once you remove the phone from the bag and it gets back on the network. Make sure you have both mobile data and wifi turned on when doing this test. The different size bags are nice as you can fit a laptop or multiple smaller items in the large bag. As for the key fobs, if you can walk up to your car and still open the door (assuming your locks are proximity censored and open when you touch the handle) other wise simply try and start your car. I've found that neither work when the fobs are in the bags.

This is the best set of Faraday bags! I love the variety of sizes! They perfectly fit my Laptop, iPad, Fire Tablet, Cell Phone, Key Fobs, and other sensitive electronics.The first thing I did was put my phone in one of them with the volume way up and rolled the bag completely shut and attached the Velcro. Then I tried to call my phone from my husband’s phone. Nothing. My phone didn’t even ring, and on my husband’s phone, I got the “leave a voicemail” message. Success! The Faraday Bag did indeed block the cell phone signal. This means it would also block any harmful signals or electromagnetic pulses that could destroy electronics. This is because of the metal composition of the inner lining. All of the bags have this inner lining. Folding it over twice at the top and attaching the Velcro all the way across makes sure that the top is completely sealed and no signals can come in or out.These Faraday Bags are nice quality, too. The material is thick and very durable and the stitching is well done. The tops fold over and Velcro very tightly together - so much so, that you have to really tug at them to get them apart. That’s good! They are indeed waterproof, too. The water just beads up and rolls off and you can wipe them dry or clean. I’m going to have to assume they are also fire-resistant because I’m not going to light one on fire to test that theory! Lol!I feel really protected having them. And, of course, they are only protective when they are actually used! So, I keep my devices in them when I’m not using them, especially at night or when I’m not at home. I also put my cell phone in the small Faraday Bag when I’m out and about. Nobody can track me, because it’s none of their business! I can always take it out once I’m at my destination to check for messages. Better than being on the phone when I’m driving, anyway.So, this is a great set and also happens to be at a great bargain price! I would highly recommend not only getting them, but actually using them!

I received my order and three of the bags are missing. Was supposed to be 6 bags or items.

My wife and I thought to try these products after hearing of the negative health effects involved with EMF radiation. While the workmanship and materials of the product look great, I have some doubts as to the products claims. We use the products to conceal our cell phones while they charge on our bedside tables. It would seem to me a faraday bag meant to block EMF radiation and cell phone signals should also block the BlueTooth signals. However, I am able to stream music to a BlueTooth speaker which does NOT disconnect when my phone is placed in this so called faraday bag. Without EMF meters for more definitive results testing, I'm afraid the best I can do is three stars.

I actually own some Faraday bags from a well-known American brand. I discovered that they only worked as well as the care you took with sealing them.This design has improved on their design.I have the luxury of testing their cellular signal blocking ability, as I own two cell phones. So I stuck one in the bag and then called it.Silence. And then ferried to voicemail.Tested it several times. Swapped phones and tested it again.These bags are well-designed. That said, they are only as good as the velcro. When the velcro no longer sticks, you will need to replace it or clean it.I also fire-tested one of the Fob bags with a lighter, so you don’t have to! The outer plastic melts away easily, but the inner silver sheath does not burn, though it will conduct the heat.Then I stuck a piece of kleenex in the Fob bag closed it and ran it under the faucet. Pulled out the tissue and it was still dry.The largest bag will easily fit an old dinosaur 17” laptop, if you happen to own one like I do.And the 5.5” bag not only fits one, but BOTH of my phones, which are Sony XZ1 and XZ2 Compacts.Be aware that certain phones may run their batteries down while in the bag if you do not put them into airplane mode or turn them off, while newer phones may go into a sort of hibernation when not getting pinged by signals and conserve battery life. In the case of older models, make sure to put them on airplane mode or turn them off first! Otherwise your poor phone will be trying very hard to phone home and will run the batteries down faster than usual.While this is an incredible value for 6 bags, I sort of wish they sold the bags individually, as I am likely to only use 2 or 3 of these bags. For those with chemical sensitivity, I am happy to say the plastic they used for the bags does not have a strong or unpleasant odor.Recommended

This 4 pack of Faraday bags are well-made, with no loose stitching or other manufacturing flaws that I could find. The Velcro is fantastically strong, giving a very secure seal with no worries of items falling out or signals seeping through. The bags are a good value, providing sizes to protect your laptop, tablet, iPhone, key fobs, credit cards, and more. Highly recommend!
