Quality Product
The quality is great, the bands work well, and there’s a variety of resistance - I previously used a band that came with a video and did not know bands were available with increasing resistance. I purchased the 300lbs set and I think these will be suitable for a long time. My only complaint is that there was no written instructions included. However, the workout chart was very useful. I would definitely recommend.

Such a great addition to working out.
I actually never thought I’d get into workout bands. I have come to the realization that they are absolutely amazing and incredibly versatile. I set up some brackets on my garage wall and I can workout just about every muscle group on my entire body. I recommend going on YouTube and watching all the different ways you can use these bands. You can use the bands on their own, in conjunction with free weights, or added with free weights on many routines to add resistance.I highly recommend at minimum adding bands to your workout in some capacity.

Keep Grinding
Great for warmup exercises and stretches. It came with a storage bag which was super helpful. the cables are thick and durable. The guide within the box made it easy to follow various installations for different workouts.

Great addition to the home gym.
I’ve been using these for a couple months and they have held up well. Quality is good, they provide a variety of weights, and the handles are easy to grip. Being new to resistance bands, I appreciated that these came with a page of various workouts you can do with them- I have that page taped to the wall so I can reference it.

Resistant bands don't last forever
I like them and if they break well there resistant bands and that's what they do they break over time, and for less than 40 bucks I am definitely getting another set when these break Quality:Very good
