The item works with cases up to 0.5" thick. If your case is within this range, the item should hold it perfectly. Just try to place the case to the clip and make sure all corners are secured. Then shake the mount in your hand. Most often it may look like the case is not securely fixed but it will be impossible to make the item lose the case even while shaking wildly :) If that does not work for you, just contact us directly and we will make it right. We want you to love your mount or get your money back.
