Perfect cd/dvd drive
Why have pc manufacturers stopped including a cd drive?The solution is an external drive and this is the perfect solution. It’s inexpensive, well made and very good.If you have data and files saved to disk it’s ideal.

So easy to use. Plug and play. Had to do a re start but no problems in using.

Useful for small computers.

Great Technical Support
This item did not do what I had hoped for - my hope was to transfer from CD to USB stick but it wasn't compatible, and perhaps impossible??? However, it was a silent, fast DVD to laptop player when I tried to do 'the impossible' and the supplier was excellent in providing technical support.

Plug in and your ready. Easy to use for a technical dummy like me. Highly recommend

Competent DVD player/burner
Everything about this player/burner is good. I love that the data cable permanently connected and easily tucks in under the drive. The stupid part is that there’s a USB power cable that is separate and has no convenient place to store it, unlike the data cable. Why didn’t they just replicate the same design for the power….OR….allow power delivery along the data cable like basically all other USB devices!!
