Great set of batteries for the go pro. Easy to keep charged

I purchased this because I was gifted a hero 5. I charged the batteries, put them in and I got a red button which I later realize means low battery. These do not work in my 5. I’m returning. Image was exact and I really wanted this to work because I’m loving this case. Now I gotta find another battery set anf hope it works.

The life of these batteries is amazing so far. About 80 minutes of record time at 120 frames 1080p on a Hero 8 with a mic adapter.I assume the OEM batteries had some sort of always awake feature that these do not. I can't do a quick record anymore. I have to hit the button once to wake up the battery, wait about 3 seconds and hit it again for the camera to power up and start recording. Minor inconvenience, but that's probably where the extended life comes from.

Yes! A battery that does not immediately give error messages in my GoProHero8. I have had issued with other sets from another seller. This battery set is working fine. I have cycled the batteries a few times and so far so good.

Great batteries, no issue with temps above 5 degrees F

Upon charge these batteries last about a third as long as the GoPro battery that came with the device. Look for a better battery.Just this morning I used the camera for 20 minutes at 100% charge. It's now at 10% charge. These batteries are crap. Do not buy them.
