AAMATEC LIFE Organic Superfood Greens Fruits and Veggies Complex with Ashwagandha

This stuff is awesome! I combine with Spirulina to give me daily greens and then don't worry about what else I eat. Works for me!

These are easy to swallow tablets. I purchased for my son when he was younger and was very picky about eating vegetables, but he would swallow a tablet. Besides sneaking the veggies into foods he liked, I supplemented with this product.

I like the organic rating, ease of swallowing, and hope that this product is doing some good. Can't really tell yet. My only complaint is that the labels are very sticky. My first shipment had a label with a big sticky crease in it and the second is just sticky. Not sure why and it probably doesn't affect the quality, just sticky!

I don’t eat vegetables. I do take these as part of a balanced nutrition plan. I have stayed very healthy.

Ok but I didn't notice any changes in the way I felt. Maybe didn't try it long enough but did not meet my expectations.

After hearing about a more expensive but a similar supplement advertised frequently on the radio, I decided to try the Amate Organic Superfood out. I read reviews, attempted to compare ingredients to the "advertised so often" product and then decided to give this one a try. This was some months ago as Covid-19 was beginning to rage around the area where I live here in Northern California. I can't say much for what it is or what it does except for one thing: I haven't been sick at all. No flu, no colds, no Covid-19--just staying healthy. Usually by Christmas, I've had at least one bad cold which usually turns into pneumonia. Is it because of being mostly confined to home? A good question and one I've thought about a lot and also thought about discontinuing taking this Amate product but have decided to stay with it. I look good, feel good and that makes it worth every penny it costs.

We are traveling to Europe and these pills are part of our healthy travel plan......
