I purchased this to try as a 'knee pillow' when sleeping, to help with hip discomfort and am very pleased with the result. I deflated it until it sat comfortably and it works a treat.I use a pilates ball in classes and this would also be very fit for it's intended purpose of exercise use - robust and easy to inflate.Very pleased - it's good value for money

Ideal for my exercise needs. It was inexpensive and is good quality. it had to be inflated on arrival but nothing too problematic to inflate.

The ball came flat with a metal tube and a white spike . When u blow into the ball through the tube, it immediately deflated before u can plug the hole. The trick is to blow through the tube, quickly remove the tube and plug with finger then put the spike in the hole. The ball is slightly soft , good material just a pain to inflate

Great product, good value, easy to inflate with metal straw included, looks as though it will be durable and last a decent amount of time.
