Review: I’m really happy with these CHILL OUT LIFE insulated mugs so far. The deep blue color looks sharp, and the 16 oz size is just right — big enough for a generous coffee or a tall iced drink without being too bulky. Right now, during the summer, I’ve mainly been using them for cold drinks, and they’ve done a great job keeping them chilled for hours. The handle makes it comfortable to carry around, and the sliding lid helps prevent spills when I’m on the move. I’m looking forward to seeing how well they hold heat once the cooler weather comes around. If they keep my coffee hot as well as they’ve kept my iced tea cold, they’ll definitely be my go-to mugs year-round. Pros: Attractive color and sleek design Keeps drinks cold for hours Comfortable handle and spill-reducing sliding lid Cons: Lid isn’t 100% leakproof if tipped over Overall: Highly recommend for anyone who wants a sturdy, good-looking insulated mug for both hot and cold drinks.

This insulated coffee cup is my 4th go at trying to find the perfect version. 1) it's gotta be big. Check. 2) it's gotta keep my big coffee hot for a few hours (most of them claim 6 hrs. That's not overly optimistic) so check. 3) it's gotta have a big, and reasonably comfortable handle. Kinda check. It's OK, but I've another that's better. It's big enough, but fabricated from 3/4" metal band. Not UNcomfortable. Merely passable. So, checks all around. Am I done searching? I could say yes, but I might resume the search without my express permission. But seriously, I like this cup. It has the highest heat retention thus far, and that's important to me. Also, the lid is a bit wonky, but hey, I have others of identical dimensions. Let's say my search is over for the foreseeable future. The Chillout is a worthy coffee vessel.

I have waited over a 1/2 year to leave this review because reviewing these types of products a week after you get them is pretty useless. I have to say, the cup has kept my coffee from getting cold quite well. I've been a bit surprised by how well they actually work. And they have survived dozens of trips through the dishwasher with the rest of the dishes. Don't even have to take the seals off, just put the cup and lid in the top rack and run the washer as normal and out comes a clean cup. I can fill with hot coffee, then leave it on the shop table for an hour in 30 degreeF temperatures and the coffee will still be warm enough to drink when I pick it up again. Good cups. My only complaint is that they don't fit in any cup holder. Not in my truck, not in my wife's car, and not on the golf cart.. But that's a minor issue.

It was a gift for a tea drinker who likes a large cup of tea. It's perfect- though it keeps the tea hot longer than he likes!

I love this brand of mugs. I have a smaller set but wanted a taller one. They keep coffee perfectly for hours, hot or cold. I had a small problem with the mugs, it looked like scrape marks from using a spoon. I let them know and they immediately sent out replacements. Thank you!

Great cup. Won’t tip over easily. And if it does with the cover on and closed nothing comes out. Sturdy handle tight lid easy cleaning.

It’s a nice cup but my coffee doesn’t stay hot for very long. After about an hour it’s just warm enough to still drink but not hot. I bought a yeti cup I guess you get what you pay for right.

We just had our stairs to the basement playroom and office recarpeted and my wife is worried about coffee drips staining it. I got this mug with a cap to prevent sloshing whenever I trot downstairs with a full cup of java. It looks very attractive, keeps coffee hot, is cool to touch even with hot coffee in it and the cap works well. It has a sliding opening for sipping.

Awesome! This mug is exactly what I wanted - to hold lots of coffee, large comfortable hold handle, and my drink to stay hot longer. I'm happy with it!

Good 304 stainless steel mug. Only the down side is the transparent plastic cover easy to crack once drop on the floor at a height. It good with is a stainless steel cover.

1. Arrived on time and well packaged. 2. Price is average compared to others of same size. 3. Quality of[ material and workmanship is exceptional 4. Works perfectly with the coffee machine, correct height and width. 5. Keeps coffee hot for about 2-3hrs and fairly warm for 2-3hrs, so in total temperature degradation to room is about 4-5hrs. way over the time I take to drink while on the computer 6. Leakage/spills while transporting...walking or in car is very good. Did not test with it sitting on the cover because it is an abnormal position for the cup to be in. 7. Outside of cup with freshly made coffee remains cool and can be held without the handle. 8. Surprisingly there was no metallic taste in the coffee 9. As for durability, only time will tell but for the short time of use...love it. Will highly recommend
