Q: Is it the pump spray that it refills?

Yes. We refill our pump spray bottle from the big refill bottle. Once refilled, the spray takes a few pumps to get the air out, but then it works fine and saves you a lot of money, and reduces plastic bottle usage. Win, win!!

Q: Can anyone who has purchased this tell me if the bottle top is sealed (other than the cap of course).

Stephen, mine wasn't but the top was tight and the bottle well packed for delivery. Steven.

Yes this is genuine. I have purchased this item and can confirm it is authentic. This size is produced by the crystal Spring company and is also available directly from their own website ( at a more expensive price I would add)

Q: Is it really effective against body odour?

It has no smell so will not mask body odour. However because it is natural, I find that my sweat has no odour anyway. It is non staining and great value for money - my husband and I use the same spray and do not think about changing to another deoderant.
