Even my boyfriend loves it and stole a page to track his measurements
Absolutely love! The quality is nice, the set up is nice, I love how I can plan my workouts and sets/reps. I can keep track of my measurements. A pen fits perfectly in the spirals so it’s easy to carry along durning workouts. I love it.

Sometimes it's just nice to use a pen and paper
This journal is awesome. It's pretty flexible for tracking. Apps are nice for the actual workout tracking and all, but sometimes it's really nice to be able to flip through historical archives.

Perfect size
Great for weekday scheduling. The weekend days are a bit smaller so if you have busy weekends, may need something else. But for me, this works well.

Good quality item with useful information areas
It is as described in the information provided. It is well put together and has areas for everything that I find important. I don't know if it will help keep me on track but I am using it to remember what weights I have used for each machine and to track progress as time goes on. I am hopeful that between the desire to improve and the ability to see the results in both pictures and tracked info that I will be able to reach my goals. The design of each page makes tracking easy and it should help with keeping motivation and momentum. The planner is a good weight and size if you are bringing it back and forth to the gym and, if not, it is still a good quality to keep on your desk at home to transfer workout info.
