Not like New
I gave this laptop 4 stars because it was not in "Like New" condition. If it was like new, it would have the previous owners profile data and customization on it, plus a locked hard drive. I DID FIX IT ALL. Now that's sloppy.What I do like is the 16gb RAM, 1TBNvme ssd, touch screen, finger print reader.Again not like new just very good used. I did buy a Windows 11 Pro key to upgrade OS.
