Great product

I'm use to taking vitex here and there. I actually conceived from talking this almost 9 years ago. Anyways I haven't had a cycle in months so I decided to starting talking them again. I started march 8th and by march 17th my period was here.

I have PCOS and removed myself from hormone therapy using birth control because, the PMS was becoming flu-like with major moods. I’ve been using this for a month and I am very surprised that my cycles are the closest to normal that they’ve ever been without birth control. My moods are better and I feel less sick when my cycle comes. I’ve been told it will take up to 3 months to notice the full effects but, at 1 month in, I’m happy!

Overall, the looking field of this capsule is similar to other vitamins or supplements. There is no aftertaste upon swallowing the capsule the instructions do not mention that the best time of day to take this would be at bedtime or if you’re planning on taking a nap because it will make you sleepy.
