The deets:~Box arrived slightly damaged, but the inner packaging was sturdy enough to protect the unit.~In the box: Main motor/handle, extendable tube, crevice, upholstery, and lighted brush roller attachments, cleaning brush/hook tool, spare sponge and HEPA filters, mounting bracket, battery pack and adapter.~800sf of vinyl plank floor - no longer feels like walking on a furry beach. Area rugs stayed put but came clean.~Started at 100%, ran full bore for about 25 min, with lighted brush roller, maintained suction the whole time and the light is very helpful.~We have 2 German Shedders - uhhh I mean Shepherds - the small one is 74 pounds and 25% Belgian Malinois, shedding is her passion. Pretty sure I pulled the equivalent of a shih-tsu out of the canister when I was done.~They say nature abhors a vacuum - but the “little” dog positively loathes it. Despite her histrionics, it’s actually rather quiet.~Lightweight and very easy to maneuver. I did need to futz with it to get the last bits of hair out, but one-handed the release latch is quite convenient.So far so good! I’ve only used it once, but I ran it at top speed and was able to vacuum up a Pomeranian’s worth of dog hair and a half bucket of sand through my entire lower level. The charge was down to 38% when I finished, so I’ve put it back on the charger to top it off before I take on the carpeted stairs, hallway, and spare bedrooms. I’m thinking carpet will drain her faster than the hard floors, I will update after a bit. It came out of the box at 47%, so I did a quick policing of the couch - the small dog is black and silver, so her fluffy buttfuzz is white which does not blend in with the dark gray sofa - the upholstery attachment worked beautifully, especially in comparison to my old cruddy stick vac. So long as this lasts a year, I’ll be happy, especially since we can buy a replacement battery - from various product reviews that seems to be what ends up happening. I will update as needed!

We’ve had this vacuum for about 3 months now and I love it! I love how easy it is to move around - super light. We have a giant heavy water tank vacuum that we use for deep vacuuming, but this little baby can get a lot done in between those cleanings. It’s perfect for when the kids make a mess. I can just grab it and clean. It does wonders on hard floor. It struggles a bit on carpet, but it does do some decent spot cleaning. I’ve had no issues with battery life. I can vacuum around the entire house and still have 75% battery life. My only complaint is that the light on the vacuum head went out after trying to clean the spinning brush head and it really came in handy while cleaning. I was pretty bummed about it. It recently came back on, but is super dim. My fingers are crossed that maybe something was loose and the light will come back on. If you’re wondering about whether to get this or not, just get it! Great value for a great little vacuum!

We love our vacuum it’s so convenient and helpful. The customer service is also A+. We recently needed to replace our dust cup. I emailed the customer support and I had a response within a day. They offered to replace it for free and had it to me so fast. Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced! 100% recommend.

This cordless vacuum cleaner is AWESOME!! It’s light weight, easy to go from room to room. The mounted charger keeps it charging whenever not in use. Easy to empty canister and bright front light so you can see where the dirt is. Looks great too.
