Didn't work for but I'm diff.

I’ve been using this product for years, because fish oil upsets my stomach and this doesn’t. I think it is overpriced, personally, but it supports more than just skin health, and it’s what works, so I keep using it. End of story.

Upon opening, they had a strong rancid odor

I am eating vegan meals now to protect my kidneys. This product is high in omega-3 that is very important for heart health and bringing down cholesterol.

My naturopath recommended this supplement to me in order to help relieve specifically the allergy eye symptoms I have from pollen allergies (itchiness, redness, pain). I take this in addition to a daily allergy pill, and it has helped me SO much.

When I purchase something for health reasons, to supplement immunity, or to reduce inflammation, I expect it to not add more stress to my body. In this case the non-vegetable based capsule is comprised of ground and cooked cow biproducts. Far from healthy and not trustworthy as a source of healthy lifestyles.

Think about this. One tablespoon of perilla seed oil is equivalent to approximately 14 grams. So, one tablespoon of actual oil is equivalent to 4-1/2 servings of capsules (14 capsules).
