Heated Eye Mask, Warm Eye Compress, 4 Temperature Settings USB Eye Mask Heated with Washable Cover, Gifts for Family and Friends(Grey)

I bought the eye mask "Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Electric USB Eye Compress for Dry Eyes Blepharitis Stye Eye with 3-Level Temperature & Timer Control" in Oct/2024. It worked fine but it also heated my nose bridge area, so made me feel uncomfortable. After I left my feedbacks, I received the above product (Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Great for Blepharitis and Dry Eyes Treatment, Relieve Dry Eye Syndrome, MGD and Styes) from the trade as a replacement for the previous eye mask. I have used the new eye mask for nearly two months, it works perfect. The heating area is just allright and the nose bridge area does not heating up:-). And this eye mask has 5 heating levels and 6 timing options. It makes the usage very convenient. It avoids the heating either too high or too low problems. After I tried it for a few weeks, I bought it for my sister and friend as a Christmas gift. My friend and sister all loved it very much. They said it was one of the best Christmas gift they got this year.

Don't normally write reviews but this is worth it. I've used it 6 times now and find it relaxing and soothing on eyes whilst in use. Too early to tell if it helps with my dry and irritated eyes. Perfect size to warm up the eyes and not fave and nose. The elasticated band is easily adjustable to fit snug around head. I've used the highest setting once but prefer just below top setting. It's a nice warm without worrying the heat will do more damage than good. Also have put some droplets of water on surface so it has more of a gentle steam effect. Timer works well and switches off. Really easy to use. It all has a quality feel to it, from the soft eye cover cloth to its box. Good value for money. I've seen a few negative reviews of it not last more than ten months so time will tell, but have been extra careful when using it and storing it back in the box after use. Will update the review if I have any issues but will be surprised as it feels like good quality.

I was excited to get this as I have extremely uncomfortable dry eyes with the sensation that I have debris in them that won’t go away. The product quality seems good and it has a nice control that is easy to use. It feels soothing when being used. The mask feels slightly heavy on my eyes when in use. I tried to just let it rest with as little tension on the band as possible to prevent pressure. However, I was using the mask at night and noticed that when driving on days after using it my eyesight was blurry which was of real concern to me, so I haven’t used it since.

I love this USB-powered eye mask because it is a constant heat (which can be set to 5 different heat settings and has a timer for different time periods). I generally find a 10-min session when I wake up and another 10-min session before bed has transformed my condition. Before this mask, my life was pretty miserable and I suffered with sore and itchy eyes all day, every day. Now, I hardly know I have blepharitis at all - it has been a complete game-changer for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this item to a blepharitis sufferer - it is a miserable, chronic condition that can really drag you down if not treated. The mask is also very affordable and has an outer cotton cover that is comfortable and that you can wash easily. If you are a fellow blepharitis sufferer, this mask is for you!

I bought this for travel as i'm quite happy with my microwave one for home use. For help with my Bletheritis and persistent styes. I was slightly concerned about some reviews saying it stops working after a few months so maybe I will be posting an update down the line. But for now, it works fine. You have to have it on High setting, medium is just tepid and of no use. To be clear, as this was a question I had which I couldn't find an answer to in any of the reviews, this device needs to be plugged in for the whole time that you are using it. The lead is long and it comes with a UK plug with USB fitting if you can't find a direct USB port. There is slightly more pressure at the side of the eyes but I pressed lightly with my fingers on the centre periodically to focus the heat. Some reviews said the elasticated band was too small and didn't fit around their head unless they had it on the loosest. I have a big head (always need to let out baseball caps etc) and it fitted perfectly on my head without having to let it out much at all. I like that it's narrow. Some of them cover half your face which I don't like. I only leave it on for 7 minutes so the timer was of no use to me (I used my phone). Allow a few minutes for it to reach maximum heat. It comes with a cover which is washable which is good. Overall this is a good product and good value. I just hope it won't fail me if I need it on holiday in the future.

Initially great. Hot and worked well. But after just 9 months the graphene beads become ineffective. The mask ends up with large cold and dead patches. Eventually you have to throw the mask away as there is no way of reactivating the graphene balls. Given it’s only lasts 9 months and given the price I’d say it is poor value for money. Stay clear of this product. Others customers have reported similar issues many times. *FOLLOW UP* Customer Services offered me a full refund on this product even after 9 months. They also mentioned that the latest version of the eye mask is an improved version that provides optimal warmth without over heating. So far so good. Will report back in 12 months time … So an update. The offer of a replacement product with a wireless version can be construed as recognition that there is a known issue with this product. The wireless version they issued works fine. So my original review stands that you should avoid buying the wired version.

Works great and easy to use. It has 3 levels of temperature and a timer. Nice presentation. Good way to rest your eyes.

I’ve always used the eyes pad that have to be microwaved, this however was really effective and simple to use, throughly recommended for those with dry eyes

This heated eye mask is amazing! The effectness and the quality is superb! I have dry eye syndrome like many and have tried many eye drops over the years and many have not been worth the dollars. And when I read about stimulating the oil glands by putting heat on the eye area can help, I thought it's got to be worth a try. So glad I did, plus it is relaxing and comforting. I personally would recommend them from my experience!
