This cleaner is easy to use and is value for money. Works good on my CD player.

No problems. Arrived quickly and safely. Well packaged and easy to use.

At first disc appeared not to work, but tried reinserting it a couple of times and it leapt into life and the process went live - can only assume that the laser / lens was very very dirty to start with, as evidenced by frequent stuck / skipping CDs, so all good in the end

Didn’t work at all

I was surprised how well this worked had a CD that kept stopping with one use of this problem was solved and sound was clearer

Cleaned my technics hifi cd player back to new. It totally cleared my skipping and sticking problems. This also improved my sound quality back to normal now have to turn volume down .it's easy to use this cd put it in and play it's by far the best cleaner I've bought 👌.

I used the product and it did the job

I bought the Mwin CD Cleaner for use in two devices. It did not work in either. In my Bose Soundtouch after inserting the cleaner disc the screen message read "Disc Will Not Play" and the Soundtouch did not respond when I pressed play. In my Technics CD player the screen message read "No Disc Loaded" and again would not respond when I pressed play. Total waste of £50. This must be a breach of the Trade Descriptions Act. I have given this a one star rating because the system would not allow me to enter zero stars.

Works well once i got the old CD out

Excellent CD cleaner. Enjoy the fact that it plays music and instruction as it cleans. So you know it's working and are informed when it's done. Great product.

Ho ricevuto il prodotto ieri pomeriggio dopo due puliture al laser ha rimosso due cose:il rumore di riproduzione e ha tolto la sospensione del brano.Il mio Micro Hifi è tornato a funzionare perfettamente.Lo consiglio

The media could not be loaded. Ich bestellte mir diese Reinigungs CD um einen älteren, wieder zum Leben erweckten CD Player zum erhofften Laufen zu bekommen. Der Player stand inzwischen einige Jahre ungenutzt in der Ecke, daher ging ich davon aus, das die Linse vom Laser über die Zeit verschmutzt wurde.Nachdem ein erster Versuch scheiterte, kontaktierte mich der Service um der Sache auf den Grund zu gehen, ob es nun an der CD oder Player liegt. Mit einen Fabelhaften freundlichen Produktsupport wurde mir erneut eine CD zugeschickt. Die CD leistet einen sehr guten Job, die Linse wurde hervorragend gereinigt, nachdem ich mir die Sache genauer ansah.Leider liegt das Problem anscheinend tiefer am Player selbst. Hätte es sich nur um eine Verschmutzung gehandelt, würde die Mwin Reinigungs CD Gute Arbeit leisten, daher kann ich diese empfehlen.
