Not great (updated)
The ropes are okay quality, but One of the sand bags came with a large hole in it. I spoke with the seller and they are able to resolve my issue.

Great lines
Good lines. I'm not a fan of the sand bags. No worries though, it was easy to fabricate my own sand stops

Much better than rope lines
We have a fairly high quality, regulation size volleyball net setup in our backyard which we initially used yellow nylon rope as boundaries. Rope seemed visible enough and was precise. If the rope moves, the ball’s in. Well we can now say these 2 inch nylon lines are much better than the rope mainly because they are way more visible than expected. We’re glad we ordered them. We agonized over which color to choose: all red, all blue or the red-blue combo. Since we wanted to experience both colors, we opted for the red-blue combo. But from the product listing photos, it almost looked like the lines were reversible. They are NOT reversible, what I was seeing in the product photos was the red and blue rear court lines wrapped together in the same bundle. This also explains why there were 3 bundles in the set and not 4 bundles. So, as shown in the listing photo, one side of the court is red, the other side of the court is blue for the combo color. On the subject of color, we were quite surprised just how well the blue straps pop/stand-out against the grass, even in overcast skies. We knew the red would be highly visible, but the blue is actually just as visible. We also now like the novelty of each side of the court being a different color. The quality of the nylon webbing used to make the lines is much higher than expected. These are basically the same material used to make light duty lashing or ratchet tie-down straps. I can’t see how regular use would ever rip these. It might be possible one day to tear the grommet out, but it’s more likely that the stake would pull out. We’ll use bungee cords either way, easier to snap the lines back into place. The lines come in 4 sections, one for each side of the giant rectangle they make. This is a significant improvement over the rope lines we had which were easy to tangle and had to be carefully wrapped up and secured. The line sections of this set don’t tangle up and are easy to wrap back up, like nearly tangle proof. Setup/take-down really goes fast with two people since each can setup or take down each section separately. We didn’t try out the sandbags, so can’t say how well they’ll work. Maybe they’ll be ok, but the bag material and sting didn’t look like they’d last long. So might be fine for occasional use. Be careful with the carrying case, it’s definitely low quality. A few drops or hard tosses into the trunk and the weight of these straps will rip the case. But the lines are remarkably well made. Ultimately, wish we would have ordered these lines instead of using rope boundaries. Great functionality and visibility aside, they really put the finishing touch on our court. It just looks completely different now, almost pro. All in all, we’re very happy with quality, visibility, easy setup and take down. Can’t find any reason to deduct stars. Hope this helps you decide either way.

Avid beach player in need of a set of lines
I've been needing a line set for some time, as the place I normally play doesn't come with lines. Now I'm the one providing this for the group that I play with. These have worked out very well and my whole group seems to like them. I will say that I'm not super in love with the sandbags, I think I prefer anchors, but they do work for the most part. The bright blue color helps to determine if the ball was in or out. Folds up well and easy enough, and packs into a very tight and portable bag.

5/5
These are great quality lines, they work perfectly at a sand volleyball court at our community center. No one has complained about it which is enough proof for me that it is an excellent product.

Durable and well made
I got these because we are going to use it for our back yard, which has grass. I love they are weatherproof and they seem durable to the touch. They came with a nice little bag for storage. There's nothing worse than playing a game of volleyball and not knowing for sure if something is in or out of bounds, so I'm super excited to put these down on our court!

A Definite Upgrade
Officially sized, with an unmatched build quality, this was a HUGE upgrade from the lines that came with our all in one set. The lines are sturdy and thick, allowing them to hold shape and not be a trip hazard. If you play a lot, this is worth the expense, but these are not for the casual player who plays only that one week a year when you go to the beach.
