Great fit, good materials!
It fits my F40 just right, no issues with leaks and feels just as good as the ones from the manufacturer. Great value for the money, functionality is perfect !

Works great!
So much more comfortable than the full mask and I am getting the best sleep scores of my life, fewer breathing incidents as well. Highly recommend trying!

medium is ok
I've been using the F30 for years and am now trying the F40 out. The F40 seems softer or maybe more cushion on the face. It's' more comfortable. The F30 was by all means fine in comfort. The F40 is slightly better. The nose cutouts are bigger so that is good. I mainly breathe through my nose, so the medium size works for me, a normal sized face. I could see if you have a large/wide face this medium would seem small. I had the F30 in medium and it fits well.

Game Changer!
This mask is the most comfortable mask I’ve found. Just might be a game changer. I had the F30, the hard plastic was brutal. I love how the F40 is soft and pliable. If you’re a mouth breather try the F40.

Mask replacement
Have not used it yet, purchased as a replacement. Quality looks to be the same as my original mask.

Not for me
I got this mask because it seems to have glowing reviews and is touted as the perfect solution for CPAP machines, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me. I’ve tried two of them now, and while the build quality is solid and it’s a good replacement for the ResMed F40 headgear, I personally find full-face masks to be more comfortable, quieter, and better for my sleep quality. I would wake up with a headache wearing this, and my face would be sore from how tightly I would have to strap it on to prevent leakage. It's also a pain to position. If you’re considering this, my advice is to try different mask types to find what truly works best for you. Perhaps this will work great, but for me, the full sized face-masks will always be the most effective. But of course if you like this style of mask, this is a fine replacement. CPAP masks in general are ridiculously expensive for being pieces of plastic, but I suppose this particular item is good for price and build quality.

Really comfortable C-Pap mask
This is the most comfortable C-Pap mask I have used in my 5+ years of using the machine. It's the first time I have used a mask with the hose on the front of my face rather than the top of my head. I thought it might bother me, but it just gently lays off to the side. I haven't been bothered by it at all in the several months that I have used it. The rubber that touches my face is also soft and quite pliable so it feels more comfortable. Of course the comfort is also based on the head gear used with it, but since using this mask, I experience way less air leakage. I used to only keep my masks on as long as necessary to meet Medicare requirements, but now I actually prefer sleeping with it on all night because of its comfort. Getting that extra oxygen all the night makes my days better. Unfortunately the medical supply company I've been using doesn't carry it, so I am looking for a new supplier. In the meantime, it is worth it to me to pay out-of-pocket to Amazon to have it.

So far so good!
I've been using a medium mask for the first 2 months of CPAP treatment, but still averaging 9-12 events per hour, which is well above where my provider wants. This mask isn't NOTICEABLY smaller than the medium size, but it definitely fits me better and is more snug (less air leak). My first night I averaged 6 events per hour, which is definitely a step in the right direction
