Q: Will this work without the fragrance inserts?

This is not working at all we smell nothing

Q: Followed directions, but i dont smell anything. what am i doing wrong?

When the device is set up properly, the green light will flash every 10/15 seconds. The delivery of fragrance in the air will be continuous, consistent and accurate for the entire duration of the cartridge life. A fresh, constant level of fragrance is released continuously, consistently and discreetly. Please contact 704-614-8466 for any technical issues.
