If you have an elderly or disabled family member or friend, this is amazing. These drinks are packed with protein. 32 grams of protein, one of the highest you can buy in protein. If you would like, you can add some strawberries and /or nuts to this drink and blend it together and you will have a super powered drink.

Not sure why I even listen to these reviews. This is sweeter than Premier. It is filling, the protein amount it’s very good but these are expensive.
