following a session with a physio, my foot was painful after prolonged walking after a broken ankle. Turns out I have flat feet. So does the physio who then recommended these insoles. Felt strange at first walking with the insoles but now I don’t even notice. I went away and was dreading the walking but it was brilliant, no more burning pain. I would say though if your shoes are quite tight fitting it’s difficult to get the shoe on with the insoles. So if you’re trying on new shoes make sure you have them with you. Made a huge difference.

These are really useful for me. I've suffered with PF on and off for a number of years. These help in that these can go in your shoes or trainers without the need to remove the shoe's inner soles and they don't make your current shoes feel too tight as would happen if you used a full length orthotic.

Was recommended these by my physio due to painful knees. They work really well. The only niggle is that my shoe size is between 6.5 and 7, so I fall right between the small and medium sizes. I got both and the medium is the more comfortable size.
