Too good👍...Has frequently ordered it...Use it specially to enhance soupy Ramen Noodles with lots of veggies...liked it's taste very much.

A staple in my kitchen.Whether it is for a quick miso tofu soupOr ramen brothOr tofu egg mushroom stir frySuper tasty, lasts really long in the fridge.

Paste was spoilt due to heat or spillage from of the cheap plastic bottle it came in that also doesn't look food grade. Ideally, it should be glass or high food grade container. I skimmed away half inch top layer that looked distinctly darker in color for a white miso and discarded it.Fermented food is meant to last longer and be more durable, so I chanced upon tasting the rest, it tasted fine, but concern is obviously there.The smell is quite pungent, especially at first when you take it out of the fridge. I don't mind pungent aroma but it's something you associate with darker miso that undergoes a much longer fermentation.I'll likely discard it.

It's a superb product.
