Feels more like an acrylic paint
Total waste of money. It applies as an acrylic paint. You will end up looking like a witch. More suitable for painting on a canvas not on eyebrows.

The product worked barely for 4 - 5 times ..used it for 5 days and then it stopped working. But while it was used, the effect was really good. That's why the 2 stars.
