Baaad camera .... great display
I found the camera quality very bad, more than my old samsung galaxy note 20 which i found disturbing. I was shocked by the quality and blur in videos. Not worth it if u can't take acceptable photos, in my opinion.

Recieved a defective phone..
Once i set it up and logged in the phone, i started getting extreme stutters on 120 hz and had to change to 60 hz for less sttuers, phone also had alot of display artifacts which is crazy. pretty sure the screen is a replacement but a bit expensiver one as its amoled but its bezels are difference and the screen it self couldnt handle 120hz Update 2: 11/1/24. i got a new one, i returned and bought another one. This time there is no stutters but the display is 60hz and 60hz only unfortunatley. they cant get their screens right.

Unoriginal Battery but good Phone.
The phone is good, No damage within the screen or body itself, the battery is unfortunately nonoriginal which is causing the phone to sometimes overheat, keep in mind the amazon listing says the CPU of the phone is an A8 Cortex, I checked myself and it is thankfully a Snapdragon 888 the better CPU, if you are planning on purchasing a refurbished phone, expect phone parts to be nonoriginal.

Good phone, bad after sales service
Phone arrived in excellent condition with no scratches but the display had some white glowing around its side whenever i opened a dark screen and had burn ins. The ultrawide camera was also scratched up from the inside and its affecting the photos and videos. Phone is also lagging sometimes. Samsung Pay does not work with UAE Banks on US Phone by the way (just for information) Missed the return deadline and now need to wait and pay extra for warranty. I went to their office to fix the device and it was closed. Agent gave me the wrong location also.

This phone was in like new condition. No marks, scratches or blemishes. Almost full battery life (one of the reasons I purchased this phone is because it has 4800 mAh and none of the iPhones I reviewed had anything that close). Battery life was one of my main features I wanted. Came in a white box, nicely package but it came with an iPhone charging cable instead of the USB C cable. No big deal to me because I had ordered extra cables (I put one in all my cars). I contacted the seller who responded in less than 12 hours and had already shipped me another one. I also did not have to return the iPhone cable. Also, there are at least two reviews done on this phone in 2023 on YouTube letting you know it was still a phone worth purchasing. It was very easy to have it switched from the iPhone to the Samsung. I just went into the Verizon store and they did it for me. None of my pictures transferred so make sure you save them which I did before taking it in. The only down side, which I expected. was I had to load all my apps again. But it was so much easier to create folders and add apps to the folder verses the iPhone. I loaded all my apps first. Than created my folders, than when the folder was created there was a + (plus) sign, when you clicked on it than it took you to a list of all your apps (in alphabetic order), than you just clicked on all the apps you wanted to add to that folder and they were added all at once. Unlike my iPhone which I had to drag every apps individually to the folder. I had always had an android until my last phone which was an iPhone. It was a 6s plus so it tells you I had plenty of time to learn it. Went back to an android. Main reason is because pictures are so much easier to move from folder to computer and better battery life. Half my family have Androids and half have iPhone. One reason I was hesitant about switching back is because of Air Drop but Samsung has Private Share that works the same. So it will just be like before. I can share with half my family and half I won't be able to. Plenty of YouTube videos showing how to use it. Creating folders was the hardest to find. Fresh Manuals has manuals you can down load for the phone. A side note: Took me forever to figure out how to create a folder. What you do is make sure you have two apps for that folder on the home page. Than all you do is drag one on top of the other. How to drag apps is just hold your finger on the app.

Thank the big phone captains in the sky that I convinced my wife to go Android. Now I don't have to maintain two types of phones. Besides, I don't like iPhones, and her old one is put away. Now she and I have the same phone, and if you're the home IT guy you know it's easier to maintain one system. The 21+ 5G is a good phone. The way Android works is logical to me, and if any of us use half the features, settings, adjustments, etc that's possible to make on today's phones, this phone just cruises along. It's a great value for the money. The phones that are coming out today don't seem to offer much in the way of new or improved features, so why the high cost? My point is this...that this phone will do a lot more than 90% of us will use. If you can find one at a great price and you're in the market, go for it. They're easy to set up, it works like a person thinks.....insinuating orderly here....and the interface has a modern appeal to it. No clunky crayon-like fonts on the home screen, stuff like that. Now when the wifey asks how to do this or that, how to make something do something, I know what she's talking about. I don't have to go learn how Steve Jobs and company did it.

I bought this phone to replace my older LG phone. I can say overall it is a great phone. The positives are too many to mention. The only two things I am not happy with are small, but still a bit irritating. I have found that the face recognition is spotty at best, and the music player has a limited amount of formats that it will support. I found when I had downloaded my library into it, most of my newer music would not play. I had to convert them all to MP3 to make them play. I thought it was funny that my much older LG would support them, but not this one. That being said it is overall a great phone, and very dependable. I would highly recommend it to anyone and have had several people buy them also.
