Lab Glass Reagent Bottle,Wide Mouth Glass Storage Bottle with Ground Stopper,Decorative Bottles/Vase (Clear, 3 * 125ML)

I got the idea from the Le Labo store. I have each bottle with different products displaced on my kitchen shelf including moss, lavender and cotton.

I use these to keep syrup infusions for cocktails. They are easy to clean and sterilize, and don’t take up a lot of room in the fridge. Convenient.

I purchased these containers to store acetone, as it evaporates from its original bottle. The fit between the stopper and the bottle is coarse and does not seal properly. As a result, I have lost approximately 0.5 grams of acetone per day.To address this issue, I reworked the grinding process between the stopper and the bottle. While the seal is still not perfect, it has improved significantly, with a factor of approximately 2 improvement.

The ground glass stoppers don’t fit perfectly but they do fit close enough. Very good quality workmanship.

The quality is great; packing superb. Stopper has true ground glass area; no plastic ring slipped onto a regular glass stopper. Looks bigger than 125 ml; haven't measured. This item is shaped more like a spice bottle, not a reagent bottle, however. In the photo, compare the one I have w broken stopper (on R) with this one (center), which I bought to replace it. Along with a spice bottle for reference (on L). mb

Do not provide a water-tight seal. Had to switch back to HDPE and teflon containers.

Nice heavy glass, the color is a true amber, good value for the price.
