I have a gluten intolerance and have used a lot of pasta alternatives but this is by far my favorite. It doesn't taste like normal pasta because it's made from lentils. The texture is great and the taste isn't very strong so I've enjoyed it with a number of different sauces. The extra protein content is nice too!

Compared to chickpea, protien+, vegetable based or any other higher protien pastas these red lentil pasta are by far the best tasting and the best macronutrient balance of any pasta i’ve found. A little alfredo or spaghetti sauce and the kids 11 and 2 have no problems eating these. No complaints like the grainy sand like chickpea pastas. Cooking wise they are a little different feel when fully cooked (firmer) than regular pasta but an extra minute or two of boiling and they soften a bit more

Quality product, love its a SINGLE ingredient, good protein. My 3 kids eat it and love it. Isn't quite al dente, even with longer boiling time, but with texture and flavor, my family doesn't notice it's healthy.

There's no odd flavors, it holds together well, has some nice health benefits and is reasonably priced. I have no complaints.
