This is exactly what I was looking for, the quality is really good. Its very quiet. 5L is plenty of water holding capacity. Its not too big either and is stainless steel so it would not rust! Its perfect in every way possible.

Ok. Fam had this item over a year finally gave out due to user error, do not fill water past max line. I took it apart they have drain holes that allows overflow water to drain however if they would just have installed there power outlet upside down that would have given enough space to keep the two prong connectors more space from the bottom and allow overflow water time to drain. Still a good product. Might need to buy another. The item cane delivered in a pretty beat up box luckily Amazon double boxes some of these items. It also did not come with a user Manuel, which is why I gave only 4 stars. I know it’s a hot pot and should be pretty simple to use which it is. However this item has some features that would be worth sending some simple instructions on. Like the lock switch located at the top will not stop the hot water from pouring out when using the auto dispense feature, but simply locks the Manuel pump that this provides in case there is no power. Great unit I would recommend to anyone that needs instant hot water.

Love this hot water pot, it has brought so much convenience and joy to my family. My husband has stomach issue, like to drink hot water to help his stomach discomfort after a meal, this pot not only keeps water hot, it also boils water. We have used for almost 6 months, we just love it and couldn’t live without it. In the morning we use it for making instant coffee and hot water for tea through out the day. Also I like about this hot water pot is that it made of the highest food grade stainless steel ( my husband is a metallurgist, he knows how to tell the meta). Also there is no plastic parts exposed inside the water pot, very good and thoughtful design.

This unit does not heat water to an acceptable temperature. Even after running the boil cycle multiple times, the water comes out lukewarm and is almost cool to the touch. It never reaches a temperature suitable for coffee or tea. I followed the instructions exactly and allowed enough time for the boil cycle to complete, but the result was the same every time. For a product advertised as an electric water boiler, this performance is very disappointing. Unfortunately, it does not do the one thing it’s supposed to do, so I would not recommend it.

This is a decent item and I have purchased the exact same model more than once. It gets the job done, but the big downside is they seem to last only about a year. There is a two-year warranty, but that doesn’t matter because the company’s warranty is onerous. The most recent one I purchased was defective. Due to my own procrastination, I didn’t do anything about it until after it was outside of Amazon‘s return window. I should have returned it right away, but I didn’t. So getting back to the company warranty, they really did not stand behind the product. They wanted me to ship it back to them at my own expense at which time they would take 4 to 6 weeks to repair it. Back to me seemed completely unacceptable.I declined their offer. I felt they should’ve just sent me a new one and/or a prepaid shipping label so there would be no expense to me. In the end, I took it apart and repaired it myself! So again, a good item that gets the job done, but if anything goes wrong with it, don’t count on the company to stand behind their product.

The water tastes like plastic after boiled in the NutriChef hot water urn. I returned it.

I had my doubts, because it is so reasonably priced. But it turned out to be a great product! Also, it takes a ton of water, reducing the need to continuously refill.
