Good quality and durable.

I’ve been using this ladder for a few weeks now and overall, it gets the job done. It’s lightweight, easy to fold and store, and stable enough for basic tasks around the house like changing lightbulbs or reaching high shelves. One thing I would note is that the plastic steps, while functional, don’t feel as durable as metal ones would. They have a bit of flex when you stand on them, which might be a concern over time or with heavier users. Metal steps would definitely provide a sturdier, longer-lasting feel and more confidence while climbing. That said, it’s still a decent ladder for light use. If you’re doing frequent or heavier work, I’d recommend one with metal steps for extra durability and safety.

The product packaging was good.. but the strength of product is below average. I'm jus 55 kg weighing person.. even I don't get a confidence after climbing 3rd step onwards.. build quality seems to be inferior. As I would use it occasionally, it's jus ok for me...hence I didn't return it..but I don't recommend buying it.

It is a very nice, sturdy and safe product. I highly recommend it.
