This was my previous model before my current. Used it a while - had some help with updating it from Echelon and after it was perfect. Super happy with this!

Arrived swiftly but faulty as would not run, Rang echelon support and told it was a fault on the machine and up to 10 days for an engineer to come out and look at it. This is unsatisfactory for a new product costing this much. Initially informed via returns tab that, I could return it but no replacement offered only refund. Once set up had to repack which was difficult with the weight and the folding mechanism. Overall very unhappy that the product was faulty from start and no immediate replacement offered. Trying to cancel the echelon subscription which is not easy and is still live even after speaking with Echelon. Finally got through next day to an Amazon customer services person who was a lot more helpful and went above and beyond, who has kindly said they would get a replacement out ASAP. Lets see if this was just a glitch with the machine. Will update review in due course. UPDATE Amazon pulled out all the stops, new treadmill delivered and faulty one picked up at same time. Bravo Amazon delivery team you were epic (not easy for a 5ft 2, 60yr old female to lift this back into packaging to return alone!) Replacement treadmill now I have run 14 miles on it today. 1. Worked on turning on! 2. Sturdy. 3. Smooth transition in speed adjustment whilst running. 4. Easy and clear info screen. 5. Very easy to adjust to your own settings. 6. Very heavy even with wheels!, suggest putting it in a place you intend to have it permanently. 7. Would say I think its not suitable for tall people with long stride but as I am short not a problem. 7. Echelon fitness app programmes are good but as I don't need the motivation, not worth the subscription prices for me as I easily hit 30K steps at day with an average of 14 miles run every day. I remain unhappy with echelon customer service, they need to look at that and the problem solving timescales for customers.
