Best iron supplement I’ve found. Works quickly and doesn’t make me nauseous. It does have a weird taste though, so I recommend taking it with a vitamin C powder or orange juice to help with absorption and taste.

I started out using the liquid form, but requires refrigeration after opening which did not help if I was traveling. I looked for pill form and I found the capsule form. I like that the iron is derived from plants and does not cause constipation. The exhaustion and hair thinning from lack of iron has been resolved. I refill this product when it’s time. You can have it as a subscription as well and it will automatically ship before your current supply is over. Best iron I have ever taken.

I usually take the liquid format that needs refrigeration, this is a great alternative if you need to travel and equally effective.

They are exactually like the liquid which i have had but for me these are easier to take because you can have them with you wherever you are not like the bottle which has to remain in the fridge. I will definatley being reordering these again
