Great purchase. LEDs to indicate a blown fuse. The Power Pole connectors they use and supply for mates work great, and seem legit. Even if they are copies, I can't tell. Edit, so did take a real close look between the mates that come with this and real APPs. They are sooo close. But can see a very minor difference, markings slightly different. Thickness on the contacts of the copies is slightly thinner, but they are working very well. I have no complaints. It took taking a hard look to see the difference between the mates that come with this and real APPs. The output out the side is great when mounting this on a wall or vertical surface. I have this mounted on the wall behind my equipment. The connectors out the bottom and being parallel to the wall really keep it neat and far less strain on the connectors and wire leads. I wish they would make the same style in a few different models. -one with no fusing, to add on some lower power items off of one 5amp port). I'm using one that is perpendicular to the base, and it's a bit sloppy looking as the wires drape down. The quality is great on the adder /splitter, just would love the connnectors on the adder block to be like this, parallel to the base. -add some smarts to disconnect from the source for high voltage and low voltage. I would buy these other models. I almost designed my own supervisor for the power in (for low and high voltage disconnect), but found an add on module from another vendor. So added that between my Power source and this distribution block. After I lost a linear power supply and it OVed on me, but seemed it's internal crow bar saved the day. But as I repaired the power supply I found the SCR opened, couldn't handle surge from the filter cap (bad parts selection on the PS OEM), what saved the day is the driver for the series passes opened. So nearly lost a $1K transceiver. Thats what got me thinking about external protection for the distribution block and loads. If your using a battery, UnderVoltage / low voltage disconnect is a good thing.' If your using a charger on the battery, OV and UV is important. And dont trust any linear or solid state switching power supply, they can easily OV from 1 failed part, and if they did a marginal design / parts selection on their crowbar, it could cost you your loads. These are made very well by Chunzehui and a good value. So adding the smarts and coming out with other models with the smarts, or a stand alone to add one would be a winner. That I can find, there is only 1 company making the add on module for OV/UV protection. I cracked this one open as well as the one where the connectors come out perpendicular to it's face/base, and both are clean and well made. Wide lands. Seem the copper traces are fairly thick, although I did not sacrifice one to cut and measure. Measure the voltage drop seems minimal, considering the fusing is inline as well, just a couple of 100mv. I need more ckts, adding more radios and equipment and for my setup (I only use 1 radio at a time to tx, so load current isn't a problem), I favor this configuration with the outputs out the side / parallel to its base (mine is mounted to the wall, so the wires run parallel, straight down the wall). If you were mounting one of these flat on the desk top or shelf, the other models where the connectors come out the top, perpendicular to the base, would make much more sense, more so for something like field day, or some temporary setup.

Sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Hat seinen Preis, aber der Ärger über ein billiges schlechtes Produkt währt länger wie die kurze Freude über den kleinen Preis. Also anstatt zweimal kaufen.......

Why did you pick this product vs others?: They do work well.. and the low voltage buzzer has a jumper to disable it which is nice. I have two in the car, Buss A and Buss B since they are limited to 40 A each.

Very solid construction with nice features. It really helped me clean up my power distribution wiring for a multiple radio installation. The real Anderson Powerpoles are a nice bonus.
