Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna, 3-4 Person Home Sauna with 6 Heating Tubes&4 Carbon Plates,Indoor Dry Sauna with Himalayan Salt Panel and LCD Control Panel

We bought 2-3 person size! Putting it together was easier than I thought it would be. The video was fantasticly helpful! if anything it was hard to figure out was the glass door they didn’t show that you needed those plastic spacers that came attached to the brackets. Keep those on. We use it every other day. It is totally been a great purchase with no regrets.

The Sauna was nice looking when I order. It arrived 10 days early and I was not home. The planing was not spot on. The price is what it is. Packaging is too heavy for a normal house hold. Package is at 80%. It is a two person job to move and install. The pallet was left in driveway leaving me with a problem. After inspecting the boxes number 3 of 3 was damaged. Message was to take to UPS. 5'x6' weight one hundred lbs. +. Not happening round two when I receive a reply.This is not a small item. After receiving the sauna carrying it upstairs and assembling was there a better understanding this sauna was not the right item for me. The wood looks good but not the right fix for years to come. The sauna was more short term and unsafe Eletrical. Eletrical tape is used in many locations on the sauna. this is a poor standard no to use wire nuts or correct connectors. I would give 4 starts for fit. The glass door an easier way to hang. Better markings on the Eletrical plugs from receptical to light. There was no item pluged into load A this space was let open. Each load should be marked what it supports.

The instructions are just pictures not the easiest to understand but the video that's on Amazon prime shows every single step "you" will mess up if you don't watch the 4 min video comes on a pallet 3 boxes glass is definitely heaviest..

It came a little late but that’s do to wrong phone nr for contact .my wife and mi self assembled the unit every part fits perfectly.the wires al fit perfect no change forMistakes.it black red and a 1 one white a 2 white and a 3 white I child can do it .after assembly the time came to start it up everything works great .i really really recommend this product I am a little disappointed in my self not to film it .thanks for this great product for a very very nice price

Purchased this sauna a few months ago thinking it could potentially replace a spa sauna...and it did!The sauna is well built, gets 62c in about 20 minutes and has had no issues thus far. Totally recommend if you are looking for an in-home sauna.

The tempered glass design offers a sophisticated and high-end appearance, providing a full and unobstructed view.I absolutely love the smartly designed door handle that allows me to place my iPad or smartphone.However, my only wish is that the sauna room could be slightly larger.

I've been thinking about buying this infrared sauna, honestly it has a lot of appeal to me compared to other similar saunas, but the price is a bit high for me. I'm waiting for the seller to be able to reduce the price before Christmas, so maybe I'll buy it!

This product is my first sauna. I really like this product and would like to use this opportunity to write this review.I gave it a 5-star rating for the overall experiences. However there are a few specific things that I would like to point out:Pros:- The all-glass front panels & partial-glass side panels are a great design. I had concerns about the strength of the glass panel and how they handle the heat. After a few weeks of use, my concerns went away. Just don't over tighten the bolts when installing them over the pre-drilled holes in the glass pieces. The transparency makes the sauna experience well. One doesn’t feel being contained in a small space.- The seals provided for panel-to-panel sealing work very well in terms of sealing the hot air and sound. There is a vent on the roof for natural air flow. I don't use it a lot but it's something there just in case if enhanced air flow is needed.- The roof speakers inside the sauna are wonderful to have. They are not the best grade speakers, but durable and useful while using sauna. I could play music, or watch videos on my iPad outside of front panel. The speakers can play sound from three sources: USB (type B, the big connector), radio (no antenna tho), Bluetooth. I have my iPad connected to the speakers via Bluetooth. I’ve seen other types of sauna that don’t come with speakers. Honestly, I don’t know if I would ever want to use those type of sauna, after having this one.- Fast heating, as stated in the product descriptions. This sauna uses 110 AC. I just plugged it into the wall in the room and got it to work. No need for a special outlet. However, I did see the room light sharing the same outlet dimmed slightly when the heating coils are on.- Electricity cost: for a 30-min session here in California, it’s around 15-20 cents. (including the 10-min heat-up time & 30-min using time.)Cons:- The Bluetooth failed to work after one use. However, the seller provided great supports, including a replacement control panel for the Bluetooth and additional instructions via seller portal communication. I am able to use the Bluetooth now. I am grateful for their fast response and great support. I wouldn’t consider this as a big problem.- Shipping method stated in the product description says “ Delivered Indoors to Your Designated Spot”. This didn’t happen to my case. The freight came to my place, parked by the street, and contacted me, then unloaded the pallet into my garage. He said, that’s all he could do is garage delivery, no indoor, no upstair. Given that there is only one person for this delivery, I wouldn’t expect him to move the packages to where I wanted on the 2nd floor. However, a little bit disappointed due to the seller’s statement. This doesn’t lead to a lower rating due to two facts: - Shipping is likely Amazon’s responsibility. - The shipping person wasn’t in a good mood the day the product was delivered. Not against my delivery but for another super heavy delivery. Again, I think Amazon needs to take care of this situation. - I recommend the seller to remove the wording “Delivered Indoors to Your Designated Spot”. It’s going to be a problem if someone highly expects the packages to be delivered to a specific spot in the house.I really like this sauna and use it a few times a week.
