Options are not given. Battery backup is ok. The light could have been bright.

I've not yet used the Ujjwal Plus lantern extensively yet, but from my brief usage, it is all good. Brightness is sufficient for decent size rooms. But it is not too much, so it might be a good idea to go for this one rather than the smaller variant, especially if the offer is good (which was the case when I bought), unless one is OK with lower brightness. The size is not very small, just a little bigger than a usual one liter packaged water bottle. It can be kept on a flat surface or suspended from a hook. One minor issue is that the base is not perfect flat, so when kept on a flat surface, it wobbles a bit, but does not fall. Maybe that is just specific to the particular product I received. There is only one level of brightness - it can't be adjusted. I wish there was an option to set the brightness low, because sometimes I don't need the full brightness, but just a little bit and save battery charge. Overall, good product. Very good for house

Waste of money from a reputed brand. It's been just a year and the emergency lamp stopped working. It's a rechargeable one and now it is not charging and getting on which is defective within an year itself. Checked for warranty which is just 6 months where not everyone will use it for 6 months and it's a rare use emergency lamp as the name suggests. It should be atleast 2 to 3 years to check further.
