I mixed a total of 30 drops into sparkling water with a splash of lemon, and it was easier to drink that way. I didn’t consume it all at once, but instead sipped on about three small glasses over a couple of hours between 5-7pm. Ppl rave about it, I'm still on the fence I've read you take 0.5 per kg body weight I'm 6ft2 big lad so for me I should on paper be taking about 45 drops but I barley feel anything now I don't know if that's just me, I would love to say I gives me a proper boost but it doesn't I only slightly feel more awake, and I don't know if that's just an placebo effect, but on the other hand I feel I'm more resilient to things, I would like to test a more expensive brand just to see. But with this I've ordered a 2nd bottle and maybe I'll up the dose even more , oh and it stains everything if you get a drop on kitchen counter, bleach it off

Began taking this about a week ago, starting with 2-3 drops in water twice a day, using the included dropper. Currently taking 3-5 drops twice a day. I feel sharper, more alert, motivated and have a load of energy. Family have has been trying it alongside and they're reporting similar results. I haven't used any other methylene blue products so can't compare, but this particular one seems to be working for me and my family so far. Given the results so far, I'll continue to take it. I would expect this bottle to last about 4-6 weeks based on my current use, but for the price, it's worth the results.

It’s true what others have said. Can’t believe it’s taken me so long to try this. Certain of the calming benefits, mellowing out my week overall. I use red light and take magnesium supplements anyway but they complement MB too, look it up. I found that sparkling mineral water tones down the taste, tap water is a no no.
