Perfect for the beginner yogi. Helps me stay in positions while doing yoga. Also helps me add a little extra stretch. I also have IT band problems so I use this for everyday stretching. It's well made. Nice color and nifty carrying bag for storage. Inexpensive compared to other brands.

This is good tool to use for yoga and stretching. You can find this at better pricing with bundle for yoga but this was good too. It durable and does what needed

This looped band is exactly as described .... and exactly what I needed. I have very limited mobility right now. I am trying to get back to Yoga, Pilates and Barre. My flexibility has been hindered due to injuries and surgery. I took this band to Physical Therapy with me and even the physical therapists were impressed. The worked with me to show me how to do several stretches that normally would take two people, now I can do them by myself as the loops give me the support I need. Also, the loops are a great way to monitor your progress! This band is of good quality and even comes with a little bag to keep it in! I can't wait to get back in the gym to show everyone! I'm convinced they'll all have to have one for themselves! This is one of my favorite finds this year!!!!

I have been using this strap for virtual physical therapy. The lettered loops make it easy for me to quickly move from stretch to stretch. This strap is incredibly soft with zero give. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and love it!

Useful and adequately long for use. Handy grip loops at different interval -though i dont use them- good feel in your palm and feels strong.

It is good but be careful using it as I managed to hurt my new knee. I am just praying it will settle down. I am impressed with it well made and very good. I’d recommend it but use with care.

I really like the yoga stretch strap, it’s long enough to do lots of different stretches. The strap has enough places for you to put your hands or feet in.

I wanted a strap with hoops for isometric exercises. They are when you exert maximum or near maximum pressure in a static hold. Think resistance band exercises without the movement. But the strap needs to take the strain and so far it does. It's akway not rough but quite soft. Would buy again.

Overall it's ok but I find it to long indeed
