The face steamer is a bit larger in size than I expected, but it’s very effective. I didn’t anticipate it being so big, but after using it for a while, I can confidently say I don't regret switching from the traditional steam method to this modern version. It's definitely a great upgrade. When it comes to customer support, I had a good experience. I noticed the water in the tank depleted quickly after inserting it, and I initially thought it might be a fault. So, I contacted the support team using the provided number. They were very helpful, explaining how the steamer works and when it should or shouldn't be in use. Overall, I had a positive experience, and the support team was excellent

Doubt on choice made
Body was good but it was overheating and water splased out Improve the functioning abilities, seems all steamer from Amazon overheats. Bad service by amazon
